Terms of Service — Fetchy

Welcome to Fetchy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fetchy.pk and any services, products, or content provided by Fetchy (“Fetchy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By visiting our site, creating an account, or placing an order you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  1. Scope
    These Terms apply to all interactions with Fetchy including browsing, purchases, returns, promotions, and communications. Our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms.

  2. Eligibility
    You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract to use our services. By using Fetchy you represent that you meet this requirement.

  3. Accounts & Security
    If you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

  4. Ordering & Acceptance
    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock shortages. If we cancel an accepted order, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

  5. Pricing & Payment
    Prices are displayed in PKR unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept the payment methods listed on checkout. Any transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or taxes applied by payment processors or authorities are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

  6. Taxes & Duties
    Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges imposed by their jurisdiction. Fetchy will collect taxes where required by law.

  7. Product Information
    We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and size guides. Minor variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to photography, display settings, or fabric lots. Please consult sizing information before ordering.

  8. Shipping & Delivery
    We ship nationwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by location and courier. Title and risk of loss transfer to you on delivery to the carrier. Fetchy is not liable for courier delays, strikes, customs holds, or force majeure events.

  9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
    Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Defective or incorrect items must be reported promptly with photos and order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection.

  10. Cancellations
    Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement provided fulfillment has not started. To request cancellation contact support immediately. If an order has shipped, standard return procedures apply.

  11. Promotions & Gift Cards
    Promotions, discount codes and gift cards are subject to terms at issuance. Fetchy reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions if misused or issued in error.

  12. Intellectual Property
    All content on fetchy.pk — including designs, logos, imagery, text and source code — is the property of Fetchy or its licensors. Use, reproduction or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is prohibited.

  13. User Content & Reviews
    By submitting reviews, images, or other content you grant Fetchy a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content in promotional and commercial materials. Do not submit content that infringes others’ rights or violates law.

  14. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fetchy’s liability for any claim related to products or services is limited to the purchase price of the affected item(s). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

  15. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold Fetchy and its officers, employees and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

  16. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate accounts, orders or access to the site at our discretion for breach, fraudulent activity or misuse. Termination does not relieve obligations incurred prior to termination.

  17. Governing Law & Disputes
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  18. Changes to Terms
    We may modify these Terms at any time. The Effective Date above shows when the Terms were last updated. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  19. Severability
    If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect.
