1. Return Eligibility

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Returned in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached

• Exchanges are accepted for size or color issues (subject to availability).

3. Refund Policy

 

Refunds are only applicable if:

• You received an incorrect item, or

• The product arrived defective or damaged

Refunds will be processed through your original payment method or store credit within 7–10 working days after inspection.

4. How to Request a Return

 

1. Email us at info@fetchy.pk or DM us on Instagram (@fetchy.pk) within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.

3. Our team will review and share the return instructions.

4. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or wrong.

5. Order Cancellation

 

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been dispatched yet.
