Shipping Policy – Fetchy

At Fetchy, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping and delivery terms before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3–4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Processing may take longer during sales or other high-volume periods. You will receive an order confirmation and, once your order is dispatched, a shipping notification by SMS or email where available.

2. Delivery Time

  • Major cities and other serviceable areas in Pakistan: Usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote areas: Delivery may take up to 7 business days after dispatch.

Including processing time, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–9 business days. Remote-area orders may take longer.

These are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery: PKR 250 per order.

  • Free shipping: On orders above PKR 5,000.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details by SMS or email where available. You can use the provided tracking information to check your shipment status through the courier's tracking service.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If you have concerns about a delayed shipment, please contact our support team.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact number at checkout. If delivery fails because of incorrect or incomplete details, or the customer is unavailable or refuses the parcel, please contact our support team to discuss the available options. Additional delivery charges may apply where appropriate.
