Shipping Policy – Fetchy

At Fetchy, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely so you can enjoy your Fetch Wear without delay.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Time

• Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days depending on your location.

• Remote Areas: May take up to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: PKR 250 (flat rate).

• Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 5,000.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real time.

5. Delays

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Fetchy is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
